We are very happy to announce our next rotisserie takeover- perhaps our best yet! 

Martin Morales and team of Ceviche fame will be taking over our spits for one night only filling lovely little LeCoq with the exotic flavours of Peru. 

They'll be spinning rotisserie orange and rocoto chllli marinated duck as the centrepiece of their menu, with a selection of fabulous dishes to start and finishing on some pumpkin dougnuts with cinnamon ice cream.

The mood will be set further with pisco sours, Peruvian beats and even some Peruvian art adorning our walls.

Yvette Van Boven- International Rotisserie Takeover!

We are delighted to announce our next rotisserie takeover and this time we have lured a chef over the channel to cook just for us for one night only. 

Former restaurant owner and chef, Yvette van Boven divides her time between Amsterdam and Paris. She is a freelance food stylist, recipe writer, illustrator and columnist with four cookbooks under her belt. 

On the 27th April she is going to work her magic on our spits conjuring up a Dutch menu featuring delights such as Herring Roe, Wild Asparagus and Rye Breadcrumbs and whole Rotisserie Lamb Shoulder with Rocket and Elderflower. Pudding is "Hemelse Modder" translated as "Heavenly Muck" .... What? To find out what in hell's name that is then book a ticket!

We are thrilled to announce that our NINTH guest chef in our series of takeovers will be the wonderful Tam Storrar, Head Chef from Blanchette , cooking up a plethora of French delights for us on Monday 30th March. Tam formed part of the founding team of Blanchette and prior to that was senior Sous Chef at Bibendum and so knows his onions!  His knock-out main dish on the night will be rotisserie pork belly stuffed with Morteau sausage and served with wild garlic, prunes in armagnac and croquette Dauphinoise. Do you need any more of a reason to leave the house on a Monday night? 

Blanchette is a beautiful small-plate French bistro in the heart of Soho set up be the three formidable spectacle- sporting Allary brothers. Since opening in 2013 it has dazzled Soho with its honest cooking, delightful decor, brilliant wine list and funky tunes. Its jungle themed private dining room is the talk of the town! Now for one night only Blanchette will be venturing out of Soho northwards to Islington.
