We are thrilled to announce that our NINTH guest chef in our series of takeovers will be the wonderful Tam Storrar, Head Chef from Blanchette , cooking up a plethora of French delights for us on Monday 30th March. Tam formed part of the founding team of Blanchette and prior to that was senior Sous Chef at Bibendum and so knows his onions! His knock-out main dish on the night will be rotisserie pork belly stuffed with Morteau sausage and served with wild garlic, prunes in armagnac and croquette Dauphinoise. Do you need any more of a reason to leave the house on a Monday night?
Blanchette is a beautiful small-plate French bistro in the heart of Soho set up be the three formidable spectacle- sporting Allary brothers. Since opening in 2013 it has dazzled Soho with its honest cooking, delightful decor, brilliant wine list and funky tunes. Its jungle themed private dining room is the talk of the town! Now for one night only Blanchette will be venturing out of Soho northwards to Islington.
